GUIDED TOUR "PASSE-PRESENT AROUND THE VINE AND THE PERFUME FLOWER"

The Saint-Paul de Vence Tourist Office has set up an interpretation trail under the ramparts to take you on a journey through time and the senses, focusing on vines and perfume flowers. From the May rose to the bigaradier blossom for which the village is famous, follow your guide in the footsteps of an agricultural tradition that is deeply rooted in the local heritage.

From vineyards to Mediterranean species, the sentinel trail winds its way through plant and olfactory sequences recently reintroduced as part of the European SuCCeS project. We'll be looking at the species, of course, and the techniques used to harvest them. With its unspoilt landscapes and unadulterated fragrances, this new exclusive tour offers total immersion in the heart of the Saint Paul countryside.
