Michel - a friendly Viking - welcome you to an amazingly rustic setting, just a stone's throw from the coast : a warm fire and solid wood tables in winter, or the terrace and flower-laden garden in summer, offering an outstanding view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Specialities : home-marinated and smoked-salmon, Baltic herring, freshly smoked trout and Danish desserts...a barrow load of savours!
